Cancelling a booking

• Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your session.
• Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee of up to the session value.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule from your client area up to 48 hours before your session at no cost, subject to availability.

Production packages

Once production work has begun on a multi-session package, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis for work not yet completed.
